Every college has it's series of unspoken rules, and University of Hawaii at Manoa is no stranger to these either. Here are the top 3 rules:
1. Your unassigned assigned seat. The first three days are crucial to picking a seat during lecture. After three straight days of sitting in the same seat, that seat is yours - obviously. Anyone that takes that seat is clearly in violation of Rule 1
2. Everyone is struggling. It may be in different ways, but there is a path that everyone is following and it's usually hard. How to violate this rule: using your friends as free counseling, rather than a soundboard. We all need to help each other out.
3. Caffeine over water. College years are where people push themselves the hardest, whether through sleepless nights or stress. Again, we all need to help each other out.
