When people think "college," they immediately think "roommates." And while finding a good roommate seems like a daunting and time-consuming task, it could end with you finding one of your best friends. Like mine, your roommate becomes your confidant, occasional second mom, consistent hype woman, and therapist when you get that weird anxiety causing text at 2 a.m.

Whether you chose your roommate or decided to be randomly assigned one, adjusting to living with them was probably hard. But once you do, you'll find that your roommate is exactly what makes college, college, and what makes your dorm feel a little bit more like home.
