We all have that moment when you have so much stuff to do and not enough time to do it in. I tend to have that feeling once a week (usually on Thursdays). As a college student, I learned what classes I can procrastinate in and which others I can't, like history. I don't recommend procrastinating, but if you do, know which ones are worth the stress. I learned that there are positive stresses in life from health, but how can that be? I guess an example of this is getting a job because it's something you really want. But college is different. It has been full of stress, and I don't normally get stressed, but here, it's a whole different playing field.
Staying healthy and getting all of your stuff done is harder than it looks. You'll grab anything that is accessible, easy and quick. And with finals coming up just a few weeks away, so will the pounds. Stress eating is one of those things that can't be avoided but can be healthy if you choose to do so. But, if you do pack on the pounds you have the summer to shed the weight before it happens again next year. It's hard to do things and keep a routine everyday.
College wasn't meant to be easy. There are things that a person can't change or foresee, but they can also change the out look of the end if he or she plays their cards right. Know what you have to do to succeed and do it. Every semester is full of uncertainties, and in my eyes, it's the best part. A new start. New goals. New you.
