You're officially halfway done with college. What has seemed like a whirlwind for the past two years is suddenly screeching towards reality at an alarming rate. Now is the time to buckle down. Get stuff done. Become a real grown-up. This can materialize in a variety of ways, whether it's living in your first apartment or taking more advanced classes (goodbye, gen-eds). Junior year can feel like a weird sort of limbo for some, you're no longer fresh on campus but you're not quite a senior yet. For all of my fellow juniors out there, here are a few ways in which you can probably relate.

1. "Let's just stay in tonight . . ."

Gone are the days of wild house parties, it's wine night season now.

2. "Wait — what happened to all of my easy classes?"

I need HOW many advanced credits???

3. "Have you found your summer internship yet?"

Finding a good one is a full-time job.

4. "I'm going abroad."

All of our feeds for the next year:

5. "Frat parties? No thanks."

This is the year where we all turn 21 — frats were for our younger, underage selves.

6. "I slept in until 8:00 today, it was great"

Sleep is a myth.

7. "I'm in a wedding this weekend"

Nothing is scarier than our friends and siblings starting to get married. Who's next??

8. "I can't, I have work to do"

I've literally never been busier. I wish that was an understatement.

9. "One absence is 10% off of your final grade"

No more 500 person lectures that you "Totally went to. Like all the time."

10. "Hold on, I have to call my brother/sister"

They're starting college now, and need our help more than ever.

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.
