It's that time of year again when you have to start thinking about New Year's Resolutions. Take a look at the past year and ask yourself: what were the best things about this year? What were the worst? Take those and start making a list of resolutions to begin or continue working on. If you are having trouble here are 20 ideas that you might find helpful:

1.) Get (specific number) of sleep each night.
Sleep is important for your health and well being.

2.) Go to the gym (specific number) of times each week.
Don't let society tell you to be the "perfect size". Just be you and be healthy!

3.) Keep your room/desk clean and organized.

4.) Do not procrastinate (as much)
Give yourself more time for relaxation and fun times

5.) Live in the moment
Don't stress over the future too much, you're still young.

6.) Take more photos.
Add them to your memory bank!

7.) Try something new in Dhall.
Don't just grab a salad, try something new. USE THOSE MEAL SWIPES!

8.) Wear something other than sweatpants to your morning classes.
Maybe at least once a week

9.) Stop worrying about what others think of you.
Be yourself there is nothing better than that!


10.) Pace yourself
You'll be thankful tomorrow.

11.) Focus.
Gotta work hard in order to play hard.

12.) Cut down on stress.
Take time to just breathe

13.) Keep a positive attitude.

ore positive things occur when you have a positive look on life

14.) Respect yourself.

15.) Call home more often.
Even if you have nothing important to say, they will love hearing from you

16.) Get better grades and/or keep them up.

17.) Meet new people and keep old friendships strong
Allow yourself to open up and get out of your comfort zone. strengthen friendships you already have !!

18.) Budget yourself.
Spend less. Save more.

19.) Make memories/cherish memories
Time moves pretty fast when you're having fun. Don't miss a second!

20.) Be happier!!
You can never be too happy!

We fall each and every time with the complete and utter confidence that someone will be there to catch us. Now that person we SWORE we were never going to fall for has our hearts, and every time we see them our palms start sweating.
