Finals week... the week many people dread hearing, and hate having to go through. This is my third time going through finals week, and trust me even during my third time, I'm still nervous. I hope everyone does amazing on their finals and show those finals whose boss! If this is your first time going through finals week, I hope my article will help you with the stress of it all!

1. The one thing I emphasize and highly emphasize that everyone should do is drink lots of coffee or caffeinated drinks! Caffeinated drinks really come in handy especially when you have to stay up all night and study. I know maybe not everyone is used to drinking coffee very late in the night, but sometimes it serves as a benefit. I personally, drink a lot of coffee on the daily basis, and finals week is the one week where I drink triple the amount. I usually drink a large cappuccino with at least two or three shots of espresso, and with all of this coffee I'm up until the crack of dawn! If you have to stay up all night and need to cram all the information into your head before your final... then coffee becomes your best friend! The point is that coffee has been a huge life saver throughout my college career thus far, and I hope it is able to help you for your finals week too! the amount of the normal dosages.

2. A great tip for anybody going through finals week is to pair up with people from the same class as you to help you study. Making study groups are very useful in studying the material you've learned all semester.. or haven't learned. Who knows you might even get lucky by discovering that's on the final that you forgot to write down. Studying with your classmates and friends is great because you all can motivate one another to memorize. Who knows you might even end up becoming really close with your study buddy!

3. The best things that you can do is make a study guide of everything that you've learned the entire semester, because nine out of ten times college professors don't provide students with study guides. Which means, that you'll have to spend a few hours pin pointing what is important for the final, and what you should be studying. High-lighting your notes is a great way to memorize specific information. You could use different colors for different types of information to help you memorize the material. Having food and snacks with you will give you the motivation to do more and to study all night long.

4. Once you have studied, and studied, stayed up all night, drank more coffee than you ever did in your life.. then you are ready for that exam! Yes, I know that anxiety and anxiousness that you are feeling in the pit of your stomach. You are probably doubting to yourself that you will do great, but believing in yourself is the most important thing that you can possibly do. Breathe in and out and know that you will kick that finals butt! You will hopefully ace it and walk out the exam room like a boss! Be confident in yourself and know that you will do great!

5. Now that your exams are over you should go out and celebrate with your best friends that all of your hard work finally paid off!Your time off for the winter break, should be a time for of course relaxing, and also you should do some homework on the break to stay on track. The celebration of taking those final exams are truly a great feeling especially when you've stayed up all night a few times in order to do good! You'll be free for a whole month without demanding coursework, projects, quizzes, and tests, but it'll come again next semester

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?
