It's bound to happen. Whether you're in high school, in college, or at work. Whether you think you have your shit together or not. Many people go through a mental breakdown at some point. But do you want a positive way to look at it? Through Spongebob. Everything is relatable through Spongebob. So without further ado, here are the stages of a college breakdown as told by Spongebob Squarepants:

1. Starting off your day with good intentions.

Most days, I try to start with a positive attitude. Even if I have a 9am, I'm not going to ruin my day with negative thoughts so early in the morning.

2. Going to class, also with good intentions.

I sit down in the front of the classroom and prepare for the lecture that's about to begin. This is usually about the time when things start going south.

3. Your mind starts to wander.

Biology at 9am? I'm going to think about how my life will look in ten years while simultaneously trying to remember what I ate for dinner on October 27th, 2007.

4. Class is over!

Class is done for the day, and you think it's finally time to live life! But instead, it's actually time to do homework...

5. You try to do work, but make no progress.

This happens to me everyday. I decide to work while I'm already in the groove after class, but I end up accomplishing absolutely nothing.

6. You take a break to do something else that is semi-productive.

This is usually the time when I try to do something other than homework that still feels productive. Maybe I'll do my makeup or clean my room. HA...never mind. I never clean my room!

7. Now...the actual procrastination starts. You think about everything except homework.

The mind wanders again...

Maybe I'll learn ten new ways to tie my shoe.

8. Okay. It's 6pm. Time to crack down.

And I realize that I have much more work than I thought I did.

9. Time to rush to get it done.

IT'S NINE O'CLOCK AND I AM NOT EVEN HALFWAY DONE!

10. Your stress levels are so high that you become delusional.

Actual footage of me after six hours of homework, realizing that it is midnight and I still have more to do.

11. Aaaaannnnnnnnnddddd the panic attack happens.

After the stress has been building inside of you for hours, it finally comes out at once.

12. You pick yourself back up and act like nothing happened.

Friends make everything better, especially roommates. So I usually apologize to my friends for forcing them to witness my insanity, and then we order a pizza.

There you have it. In all of its glory. A standard college freakout, as told by Spongebob Squarepants. They can happen in many different ways, and at any given time.

However, the important thing to realize is that you can always bounce back. Sometimes, you just need to let it all out.

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.
