Hallmark airs Golden Girls episodes regularly, and I quite frankly, find it to be one of my favorite shows. My day does not seem right if I don't watch. From sweet, sweet Rose, to Blanche who likes to be a little trampy, this 80's sitcom is great. The more I watch it, the more I realize that there is a touch of college students in each of those women. Here is college as told by The Golden Girls.

1. Trying to make sense of what you just learned in your 8 AM.

2. When you show up late to a lecture and you're not quite sure how to handle the situation.

3. When your friend is trying to go out for the night and you have to be honest with them.

4. When you and that one friend get left alone when you go out.

5. Getting a hold of the latest gossip on campus.

6. Then when you hear the gossip you just can't believe it.

7. When you pull an all-nighter and try to function the next day.

8. That one classmate that brags every time a grade is handed back or discussed.

9. When you're in class and don't know what you don't even know.

10. When you're just done with humanity for the day.

11. Seeing someone you don't care for around campus.

12. We all make it to this point..

13. Trying to comfort your friend after a break up.

14. Doing what you want, when you want, because you just don't care.

15. When you just want to tell your people "thank you for being a friend!"

Your heart is true you're a pal and a confidant.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

singing
Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
