You know you'll sing along in your head.

College As Told By Disney Songs

Growing up, the majority of kids had a certain Disney movie that was their absolute favorite: The Lion King, Aladdin, Cinderella, etc. We would sing all the songs and know the movie by heart. We would even be those annoying kids during the movie who would say our favorite lines, even if it wasn't time for that line yet! In college, you realize you are basically a child all over again, just with more responsibility. College can be described by many Disney songs!

1. I Just Can't Wait to be King from The Lion King

You start to feel a little "too big for your britches" and you're more than ready to be the top dog of campus. But you first have to make it through the freshman orientation, the freshman 15, and the first year where you don't know anyone. But after that who can stop you?!

2. I'll Make a Man out of You from Mulan

This makes you feel like you can conquer the world while you're working out or making that walk to class. At first, you think it'll never be over and that you'll die before you're able to get there, but then you get that boost of energy and you're able to move mountains.

3. You'll Be in My Heart from Tarzan

Let's face it, those week-long breaks away from your friends and your new home can make you pretty upset. As you pack to go home for Christmas, you'll be counting down the days until you're reunited with your new family again!

4. When Will My Life Begin from Tangled

You look at the people working and eating every night and then you look around at your mounds of homework and wonder when it'll be your turn. You never realize just how good you have it at the time!5. Following the Leader from Peter Pan

When you're trying to make plans but you end up being the ONLY person wanting to do something, you follow the group and realize that you ended up having more fun doing something new with your friends rather than being alone and doing something more mundane.

6. Some Day my Prince Will Come from Snow White

Everyone is suddenly getting engaged and you get invited to more weddings than you can count. But one day that Mr. Right will come along and you'll be thankful it never worked out with the jokers before him.

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
