If you are into weddings, YouTube, or Pinterest, there's a good chance you know who Cole & Sav are.

Cole LaBrant, a Vine star, was on a last-minute vacation with his brother and best friend when he first laid eyes on Savannah Soutas. Savannah was playing with a little girl who was her daughter. Cole walked away, not wanting to hit on a mom. Imagine his suprise when Savannah sent his sister over to get them! They bonded over a mutual love of making videos and found out they were both going to Vidcon, where they decided to meet up.

According to LaBrant, the couple kept meeting up as friends, not expecting a lasting relationship to come out of Vidcon. After a few days at Vidcon, Cole and Sav went to IHOP and basically dished out their life stories, instantly connecting-- and the rest is history. Cole and Sav started a shared YouTube channel to update fans on their relationship. I am absolutely in love with them and their relationship and was overjoyed when they tied the knot!

1. Commitment to purity

Right off the bat, this may sound weird-- after all, Savannah had a child out of wedlock. (I'll mention that later.) Cole and Savannah both were very straightforward that they both believed sexual relations come after marriage, not before. In our day and age where virginity is often looked down upon rather than applauded, Cole and Savannah are setting a great example, advocating for young couples to save sex for marriage by being open with one another and establishing boundaries. (Side note: This tweet is from their honeymoon. Sex is a gift from God, and in marriage, it DOES rock and is intended to do so!)

2. Showing God's grace

Obviously, Savannah is not a virgin, but both she and Cole have acknowledged this in a Godly way. While neither of them promotes pre-marital sex, both speak of God's grace. Cole has talked about how yes, he is a virgin, and no, Savannah isn't, she is pure in his eyes because she moved on from an unhealthy relationship and has changed since. Cole also talks about how God has forgiven Savannah and sees her as flawless, so he [Cole] does as well.

3. Cole LOVES Everleigh

Potentially the cutest thing ever. I mean, c'mon! He proposed to Everleigh and Savannah; he wrote vows for Everleigh and Savannah. Plus, he took her to her first daddy daughter dance! He seems to have genuinely adopted Everleigh as his own, and that's a huge deal, especially for a guy that is only 20.

4. Proving that love can overcome anything

20 year old guy proposes to a 23 year old girl (who has a daughter) after long-distancing it for 6 months... how cool is that?

5. Their wedding!!

Cole & Sav's wedding was literally perfect. Savannah looked like an angel (but doesn't she always) and Cole's love for his bride during the ceremony was so obvious. The weather was absolutely beautiful, and I'm in love with their color scheme.

6. Their vows

"You made me feel beautiful. You made me feel worth. You made Everleigh feel so loved... a life with someone who prays for us daily, loves us endlessly, and makes us feel like the most beautiful girls in the world.
"You are the most amazing, strong, loving human I've ever met, and I promise to always love you as long as I live. I promise to grow old with you."

Watch the video here-- it's eight minutes long and worth every second.

7. Their friendship

Personally, I believe that your boyfriend/girlfriend should be your best friend, and I think that's really key in every relationship. Heck, you're going to be spending a LOT of time with your boyfriend/girlfriend/wife/husband, so you both need to feel genuinely comfortable around each other-- able to joke, laugh, and poke a little fun at one another. Savannah and Cole are each others' best friends, which is part of what I believe makes their relationship so strong.

Savannah and Cole are one of my personal favorite couples because of their desire to love one another (and Everleigh) in the same way God loves us.

I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.

The Great Christmas Movie Debate

"A Christmas Story" is the star on top of the tree.

The Great Christmas Movie Debate

One staple of the Christmas season is sitting around the television watching a Christmas movie with family and friends. But of the seemingly hundreds of movies, which one is the star on the tree? Some share stories of Santa to children ("Santa Claus Is Coming to Town"), others want to spread the Christmas joy to adults ("It's a Wonderful Life"), and a select few are made to get laughs ("Elf"). All good movies, but merely ornaments on the Christmas tree of the best movies. What tops the tree is a movie that bridges the gap between these three movies, and makes it a great watch for anyone who chooses to watch it. Enter the timeless Christmas classic, "A Christmas Story." Created in 1983, this movie holds the tradition of capturing both young and old eyes for 24 straight hours on its Christmas Day marathon. It gets the most coverage out of all holiday movies, but the sheer amount of times it's on television does not make it the greatest. Why is it,
then? A Christmas Story does not try to tell the tale of a Christmas miracle or use Christmas magic to move the story. What it does do though is tell the real story of Christmas. It is relatable and brings out the unmatched excitement of children on Christmas in everyone who watches. Every one becomes a child again when they watch "A Christmas Story."

It's the most wonderful time of the year! Christmas is one of my personal favorite holidays because of the Christmas traditions my family upholds generation after generation. After talking to a few of my friends at college, I realized that a lot of them don't really have "Christmas traditions" in their family, and I want to help change that. Here's a list of Christmas traditions that my family does, and anyone can incorporate into their family as well!

It’s here; that time of year when college students turn into preschoolers again. We cry for our mothers, eat everything in sight, and whine when we don’t get our way. It’s finals, the dreaded time of the semester when we all realize we should have been paying attention in class instead of literally doing anything else but that. Everyone has to take them, and yes, unfortunately, they are inevitable. But just because they are here and inevitable does not mean they’re peaches and cream and full of rainbows. Surviving them is a must, and the following five phases are a reality for all majors from business to art, nursing to history.
