The days are getting cooler and the coffee we (typically) drink is getting warmer. At least that's usually how is goes this time of year. Cold Bloom doesn't brew with a Toddy. Oh no. They brew with Yama Towers (see below) which look freaking cool, by the way.

Long story short that just means that they brew their coffee using a drip method, which allows the brighter fruity or floral flavors to shine through instead of a full immersion method which allows for a more roasty flavor profile.
