The Raspberry Lemon Drop Martini Is My Summer Go-To Drink — Here's My Recipe

This has been one of my go-to drinks all summer. It's so easy to make and it tastes amazing, not to mention how pretty and sophisticated it looks. Its' light and fresh flavor make it great for the warmer weather.


INGREDIENTS

2 ounces Vodka

2 teaspoons lemon juice (I prefer fresh)

6 raspberries

2 teaspoons sugar

Lemon-lime soda

**Instead of raspberries and sugar you can also use Rasberry jam.**


INSTRUCTIONS

Muddle or squish the raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice together. then add the to a shaker along with the vodka, soda, and ice.make sure to shake it well.

Now take a martini glass and lightly wet the rim and dip it in sugar for a beautiful sugar rim. Pour in the liquid from the strainer making sure to strain out the ice. now you can add a lemon slice and some raspberries and a mint leaf for garnish.
