#ClassicSororityGirl (#CSG): because although #TSM can be funny, sometimes it takes away from all of the amazing things that sorority girls do. Don't get me wrong, I constantly find myself laughing out loud reading their tweets because I can remember a time a friend or myself did the same thing, but occasionally we need to be reminded by all of the great things we do as sorority women as well. Let's start drawing attention to the amazing things we do for ourselves and each other.
For example:
- Getting an overall chapter GPA higher than the school average because we hold ourselves to certain academic standards #CSG
- Getting up early on a Saturday morning to volunteer with our philanthropy not because we have to, but because we choose to #CSG
- Staying in the library an extra hour because your sisters were there with you, too #CSG
- Having a network that spans worldwide because you all share a common bond found in your letters #CSG
- Having a response time of +/- 10 minutes when a sister calls you in need of help with anything and everything #CSG
- Knowing that any single member of your chapter is there to support you at all times #CSG
- Finding a second family in your sisters, and a second home in your house #CSG
