What's more fun than a Halloween costume? Double the Halloween costumes! For all the couples that are into dressing up for Halloween, there are loads of couples costumes out there. Best of all, most can be store bought or created easily. I strongly recommend every couple and everyone try a couples costume at least once in their life.

1. Austin Powers and one of his female companions

Whether you're Foxxy Cleopatra, Vanessa Kensington or Felicity Shagwell, everyone should go as these hilarious companions. Bonus points if you can do a British accent and have yellow teeth.

2. Scooby-Doo couples costumes

Scooby-Doo has a lot of options with all of the characters. The ideal couple to go as is Fred and Daphne. Act goofy, dress like a cartoon and sneak around at the costume parties, and you're all set to fit in with the gang!

3. Grease

What's more fun than dressing like you're in the 1950s? Dressing like two famous characters in the 1950s. Danny and Sandy are super romantic for any couple to go out as. Most people don't realize they might already have similar outfits in their wardrobe.

4. Batman and Batgirl

Batman and Batgirl are a great combo for mask lovers (you know, if you can tolerate wearing something over your head or face all night). Get other friends to dress like the Joker and other various Batman villains and this couple's costume can be even more fun!

5. Mario and Princess Peach

If you and your significant other are feeling a bit more on the nerdy side, Mario and Princess Peach are also fun costumes to go out in. Guys, just make sure there is not a Bowser around!

6. Luke and Leia

Speaking of fun nerdy costumes, Star Wars is another great go-to couples costume. Star Wars costumes can also be fun and easy DIY.

7. Link and Zelda

For couples who like going all out with detailed costumes, Link and Zelda costumes are very fun to get creative with. Be careful not to poke someone's eye out with the sword though.

8. Prince Eric and Ariel

Prince Eric and Ariel are perfect for either the Disney crazed or mermaid crazed people out there.

9. Cinderella and Prince Charming

For people who have always wanted to go to a ball and have an excuse to wear super fancy clothes, or for those who are Disney obsessed, or both, Prince Charming and Cinderella make a very elegant couple costume.

10. Meg and Hercules

These outfits might be a bit harder to come up with, but for couples who are very into sewing and making their own very detailed costumes, Hercules and Meg are perfect!

These are only some of the unlimited amounts of couples costumes. Unique and unheard of ones can even include bacon and eggs, an old couple, thunder and lightning or milk and cookies. Who knows? Maybe you and your significant other can even come up with something completely out of the ordinary. Good luck and happy couple-costuming!

Taylor Swift in orange dress playing a moss-covered piano on stage with bright lights.

A three-and-a-half-hour runtime. Nine Eras. Eleven outfit changes. Three surprise songs. Zero breaks. One unforgettable evening. In the past century, no other performer has put on an electric performance quite like Taylor Swift, surpassing her fans ‘wildest dreams’. It is the reason supporters keep coming back to her shows each year. Days later, I’m still in awe of the spectacle ‘Miss Americana’ puts on every few days in a new city. And, like one of Taylor’s exes, has me smiling as I reminisce about the memories of the night we spent together.

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.

For a moment your world is spinning. The phone alarm has just scared you awake and you’re flooded by daunting thoughts of the day ahead. You have three assignments due and little time to work on them because of your job. You’re running late because you’ve hit snooze one to many times after yesterday’s long hours. You dizzily reach for a hoodie, craving its comfort, and rush for a speedy exit, praying you will have time to pick up coffee. Does this sound familiar?
