How Philadelphia Has Became the Most Iconic Sports Town in America.

It’s a cold rainy day on March 26th 2022. The hometown Phillies are on the road in Detroit losing 14-8.

As sports fans we suffer through times like these to be able to see our teams succeed come playoff time.
If the Phillies season can continue until Tuesday, they will become the first sports town in history to have all 5 major pro teams playing at the same time.

It’s not out of the realm to believe the Phillies and Eagles have excellent chances at reaching the championship game/series in their respective sports but don’t count out those gritty Union and sixers.

With the Union season already in full postseason swing, they secured themselves a first round bye for the playoffs. The sixers tip off Tuesday night at Boston where an Embiid & Harden led-team will try and run it back after a disappointing ending last postseason.

The intertwine and respect between all five Philly professional sports shows and we all strive for each other to do well. Sure ESPN and Fox Sports will mention how we booed and threw snowballs at Santa Clause 35 years ago but there is nothing in the world like Philly Phans and there’s no doubt in my mind we’re the best sports city on the planet.
