Frustration can get to all of us, especially when you're a college student. Many college students juggle work, school, being a parent, and personal relationships. It can get to you sometimes and it's important to find a way to release that stress.

A great way to let go of stress or anger is to break something. That's where the glass plates come in. If you haven't tried it a highly suggest you do. This is a cheap and fun way to get pent up rage out and you can do it with your friends.

All you have to do is take a trip to the local dollar tree and buy a glass plate (or multiple plates if your problems are vast) and a sharpie. You then write down all of your problems or what has been frustrating you onto the plate. After you're all done writing everything down find a really good area of hard dirt or concrete. It should probably be out where no one is so that you aren't on private property and you don't disturb anyone. After finding a good spot count the three and chunk it at the ground or frisbee is at a wall. Not only are you letting out rage by using your strength to break the plate but you physically get to see what has been bothering you break into a hundred pieces.

This activity is also fun to do with your close friends because it's an opportunity to vent about everyone's issues. Breaking glass is also a bonding experience and trust me, you will feel so much better after.

Everyone tells you that college is hard, but they fail to explain why. Sure, classes are hard. Math sucks, and political science can be so boring. But that's not even what's killing me about college. What's killing me about college is my deterioating mental health.

As a college student, I feel as if people don't understand just how exhausted I, and fellow college students are. We have so many things going on, all the time, and sometimes it's hard to explain to people how we feel. Personally...I'm tired. I'm sad. And I'm struggling every single day with my emotions. But the thing is, it hasn't always been this way. I haven't always hated school, so why am I feeling like this now?

On a level of 1-10 with 1 being chill and 10 being stressed the flip out, you could say I'm a 9. Worrying about the future, grades, GPA, work, assignments, and a lack of sleep and food will do it to ya.

While it is normal to experience stress and nervousness, the thoughts that come along with it can bring up something else.
