The time is here! Fall semester is OVER and we are ready for a long month of doing absolutely NOTHING.

No better to take us through whats to come than Mr. Michael Scott, right?

Let's proceed:

First, we had to stress and cry over finals during the most stressful week of the year.

It took so much out of us that we forgot what sleep or mental sanity was.

But then, that glorious Friday afternoon came and we all were ready to get the hell OUT OF THAT SCHOOL and head home!

And then the glorious moment when we pull into our driveway happened, and we thought this day would never, ever come.

And we ride around in our hometown feeling high and mighty for the whole month of December and January.

And as much as we loved being independent at school, there is something really heartwarming about being surrounded by family again.

And then we see all our hometown and high school friends and are positively giddy with all the things we need to talk about and catch up on.

For the next month, we are just splurging on food, fun day trips, and total relaxation.

And then, mid-January comes and unfortunately we have to head back to our respective colleges.

And we get ready to tackle another crazy semester.

And all your teachers will say...

And you'll reply:

Here are some examples of those times where you had my back and I forgot to pat your back for saving me:

College is hard. As people ages 18-22, we’re just trying to figure out what we’re doing with our lives, our careers, our eating habits, exercise routines, sleep patterns, and other necessities for adult life. We definitely don’t take proper care of ourselves; it’s basically impossible when we have essays, tests and readings due and somehow we’re supposed to eat right, exercise and sleep. We’re doomed to get sick. I have zero experience in science but when I get sick there are certain things I do to make myself better.

Now that it seems “talking” is the new way to date, and will stay that way until another idiotic term is used to describe the people who can’t settle down and just date someone, I feel as if it’s time to go over the unwritten rules of “talking.”

Rule 1. Having feeling without feeling.
