What Christmas Movie You Should Watch According To Your Zodiac Sign

In This Article:

Christmas season is upon us. SO many holiday movies to choose from, so little time. To help narrow down the search, here is which movie you should watch based on your zodiac sign:

1. Aries: "Deck The Halls"

@xmasgroove

Just like an Aries, "'Deck the Halls" is all about competition, in this case, who has the brightest Christmas lights from space.

2. Taurus: "The Family Stone"

@kmhj

"The Family Stone" is all about being grounded, wholesome, and down to earth, just like a Taurus is. They value family but are extremely stubborn in their ways.

3. Gemini: "Four Christmases"

@keltycommunitycinema

To be able to make it through that many Christmas celebrations, you have to be versatile, just like a Gemini. Duality is ever-present in highlighting the differences between all families.

4. Cancer: "Elf"

@chebatucson

Buddy is by far one of the most sentimental and compassionate person, just like all Cancers are.

5. Leo: "The Nightmare Before Christmas"

@le_parole_del_cinema

Just like Jack in "The Nightmare Before Christmas," Leos thrive being in the spotlight, no matter how dramatic the gesture is. They really know how to "take the reins!"

6. Virgo: "The Polar Express"

@this_is_the_polar_express

Just like the protagonist in "The Polar Express," Virgos seek out answers. They are skeptical, practical and analytical. They need to see with their own two eyes proof that Santa exists!

7. Libra: "Home Alone"

@homealoneofficial

Libras tend to be balanced and justice-oriented, just like Kevin. They are extremely fair-minded...they wouldn't terrorize two criminals unless they had a purpose!

8. Scorpio: "How the Grinch Stole Christmas"

@brutaliz_a7x87

Similar to many Scorpios, the Grinch is misunderstood, reclusive, and very mysterious. These are honestly not always bad things!

9. Sagittarius: "Unaccompanied Minors"

@fancastingtaylor

This sign thrives on travel, just like the kids in "Unaccompanied Minors." They tend to be extroverted, vivacious, and honestly a little wild, which makes for an exciting Christmas!

10. Capricorn: "A Christmas Carol"

@modminx

Capricorns possess some of Scrooge's best qualities associated with hard work. Capricorns are serious, disciplined, and tenacious. But don't be fooled, they are not anti-Christmas or mean!

11. Aquarius: "A Christmas Story"

@docsavage665

Ralphie is extremely imaginative, something he has in common with this sign. Another trait about this sign is being uncompromising, similar to Ralphie's need to get a Red Ryder Rifle.

12. Pisces: "Love Actually"

@jdwomen

Pisces are known for their affectionate nature, so what better Christmas movie for them than "Love Actually?!"

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Whether you're commuting or dorming, your first year of college is a huge adjustment. The transition from living with parents to being on my own was an experience I couldn't have even imagined- both a good and a bad thing. Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

As an English Major in college, I have a lot of writing and especially creative writing pieces that I work on throughout the semester and sometimes, I'll find it hard to get the motivation to type a few pages and the thought process that goes behind it. These are eleven thoughts that I have as a writer while writing my stories.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
