Why I Chose To Do The 100 Happy Days Challenge

Everyday there is something to be grateful for; however, a lot of people fall into this trap of not being able to see the good in each day...because of this, I decided to do the 100 Happy Days Challenge.

The challenge is to post one picture every day of something that you are grateful for that day, or simply something that made you happy. This challenge may seem simple, but a lot of people end up not finishing the challenge. These people state that they just get too busy. For this reason, I am striving to finish the challenge. I never want to be too busy to find happiness within my day. It is a simple challenge, but some days, it is not easy.

I challenge each and every one of you to participate in this challenge with me. Just post a photo on Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag, #100happydayschallenge.
