Soo... earlier I mentioned I was going to start publishing some of my health recipes. Now, you can enjoy my very first one: My choco-pumpkin superfood smoothie bowl! Simply blend the top ingredients together and choose from the toppings below to complete your masterpiece!

Ingredients:
Smoothie:
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen pumpkin purée
Teaspoon flax seeds
A splash of vanilla almond silk (1/2 cup - 1 cup)
Full teaspoon cacao powder
Flat teaspoon raw acacia honey
Greek yogurt
Potential Toppings:
Cinnamon
Walnuts
Chia seeds
Cacao nibs
Blueberries
Coconut
Wheat germ
All natural peanut butter (it's better not to mix it in; leaving it on top will allow you to better enjoy both its unique texture and flavor)
Honey on the spoon (Leaving about a teaspoon of honey on the spoon when you eat increases the sweetness of every bite!)
Mix (or not) and enjoy!
