Ingredients:
Smoothie:
1/2 frozen banana
Handful frozen blueberries
1/8 cup oats
A splash of vanilla almond silk milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
About a flat teaspoon, little more: cacao powder
Teaspoon Peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (feel free to add more for stronger flavor)
Toppings:
Teaspoon organic coconut flakes
Teaspoon chia seeds
1 piece of 85% organic dark chocolate
1 banana slice
Instructions:
Blend all smoothie ingredients together, adding the milk last and the frozen ingredients first. In order to achieve the smoothest blend, I would recommend slicing the frozen banana into small pieces before adding it to the blender. Moreover, if you would like the oats to contribute a crunchy texture, I would add them in dry; however, if you prefer not to "feel" them in the smoothie, you would be best to cook them first.
