In honor of last week's free Chipotle Mexican Grill spree, here's a little something to not make you feel so guilty about eating the heavenly goodness. Obviously, a salad is going to have less calories, but if you're like me you love rice and cheese and still want to be reasonable while enjoying your Chipotle Mexican Grill at the same time. Here are some combinations under 600 calories so you can enjoy and get that summer body right at the same time.

Tip: Eliminating the tortilla itself saves you 300 calories alone.

Another Tip: Chips are 570 calories, and chips with guacamole is 800 calories.

Bowl Combo No. 1: Chicken, White Rice, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa and Cheese.

Total is 590 calories.

Bowl Combo No. 2: Steak, Brown Rice, Black Beans, Tomatillo Green-Chili Salsa, Tomatillo Red-Chili Salsa and Romaine Lettuce.

Total is 570 calories.

Bowl Combo No. 3: Carnitas, White Rice, Pinto Beans, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Tomatillo Red-Chile Salsa and Romaine Lettuce.

Total is 590 calories.

Bowl Combo No. 4: Barbacoa, White Rice, Fajita Vegetables, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa, Cheese and Romaine Lettuce.

Total is 600 calories.

Bowl Combo No. 5: Sofritas, White Rice, Tomatillo Green-Chili Salsa and Guacamole.

Total is 600 calories.
