There is no argument available when I say that Richard Webber is one of the most underrated characters on "Grey's Anatomy." How many times have you asked someone who their favorite character on the show is and gotten Richard as a response? Probably none. It's probably always been either Christina Yang, Meredith Grey or the occasional Derek Shepard because, well, the hair.

However, why overlook the OG Chief of Surgery? He is basically the father figure of the hospital in every season whether or not he actually was Chief at that moment. Here are a few iconic quotes from the forever Chief himself.

1.

"We're all going to die. We don't get much say over how or when, but we do get to decide how we're gonna live. So, do it. Decide. Is this the life you want to live? Is this the person you want to love? Is this the best you can be? Can you be stronger? Kinder? More compassionate? Decide. Breathe in. Breathe out and decide."

2.

Jackson: "You hurt my mom and I hurt you."

Richard: "I won't hurt your mom. I like her."

Jackson: "I don't like that you like her."

Richard: "Man to man, you're just going to have to deal with it. You don't want a piece of this. Not today."

Jackson: "I'm watching you."

Richard: "I hope you like the view."

3.

"It's good to be scared. It means you've got something to lose."

4.

"See I've lived. I mean, I've really lived. I've failed. I've been devastated. I've been broken. I've gone to Hell and back... And I've also known joy and passion and I've had a great love. See, death for me is not justice; it's the end of a beautiful journey, and I'm not afraid to die. The question is, are you? A life in prison, or an afterlife with your wife... Me or you? Your choice."

5.

"With a little coffee and a little sunlight, your troubles will get smaller and the world will keep standing."

6.

"So chin up. Put your shoulders back, walk proud, strut a little. The scars you bear are the signs of a competitor. You are in a lion fight. Just because you didn't win doesn't mean you don't know how to roar."

7.

"You know that love doesn't conquer all. It conquers some stuff, the other stuff kicks the living crap out of you."

8.

"The minute you see all the things you have, you see all the things that you stand to lose."

9.

"You don't give them something to run from, you give them someone to run to."

10.

"Once you're the President, you're always Mr. President."

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
