-Grilled Nuggets: These nuggets are way underrated! Bursting with flavor, you've got to try these if you are in search of a gluten free, fast food nugget.

-Waffle Fries: You heard me right! The classic waffle potato fries are completely free from gluten. On top of that, most stores even cook their fries in a separate fryer away from their glutened products!

-Sauces: Go check out Chick-Fil-A's nutrition page on their website to see the details of their products. They are super specific about allergens and that even goes for their sauces! Some of them are gluten and even dairy free!

-Grilled Sandwich: Go grab a deluxe grilled sandwich - bacon, cheese, chicken - it's all there. Just be sure and ask to substitute the regular bun for the gluten-free option!

-Hash Browns: Is it breakfast time, and you need a quick GF snack? Pick up some delicious, crunchy hash browns served alongside a fruit cup and coffee. Totally gluten free!

Keep in mind that there are more GF products available at Chick-Fil-A. Also, be sure to always ask about cross contamination and check their nutrition website for ever-changing updates. Keep your health first!

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.
