Located just off Jefferson Avenue in downtown St. Louis, Cherokee Street is a place where the words antique, culture and Mexican food all come together. The streets are lined with shop after shop containing furniture, art, clothes, jewelry and whatever else your heart might desire, which earned Cherokee Street the name Antique Row. Head just a little further down Cherokee and you'll be met by rich Mexican culture. The streets are lined with carts selling authentic native desserts, beverages, and oh, yeah, did I mention -- bomb tacos.
I spent this past Saturday afternoon there, and let me tell you, it was an experience. I started off at the Mudd House, a local coffee and breakfast shop.
