Here is my review for the "Spider-Man: Homecoming" trailer!

I have been a huge Spider-Man fan every since I found out about the web-slinging superhero. Like most of you, I cried when Uncle Ben died in the first ever live-action Spider-Man film and I grew up watching the original trilogy. After Tobey Maguire, we were graced with Andrew Garfield taking up the mantle of our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. The films, although entertaining, didn't quite hit at home for the fans. This resulted in the series getting rebooted again, but this time the rights being shared between Marvel and Sony! We gout our first taste of Spidey in Marvel's "Captain America: Civil War"earlier this year, this time played by the amazing Tom Holland.

Most people, including myself, loved the way Tom portrayed the web-slinger and thought he literally brought the character to life. It was announced not too long after the film came out that they were going to center a new set of Spidey films on this portrayal of Peter Parker/Spider-Man. This leads us to the dropping of the first official trailer for "Spider-Man: Homecoming."

The trailer opens up to Spidey himself stopping a group of robbers, dressed in masks of The Avengers, robbing a bank! In typical Spidey fashion, he cracks a joke about how they aren't the "real" Avengers and completely kicks their butt. He declares that it was awesome and we see that Tom Holland still had that spark that Peter Parker and Spidey should have.

The trailer then veers away from Spider-Man and we get a look into the life of Peter Parker. Like the versions before him we see that Peter is the loser and outcast of high school, where he stares from far away at the pretty girls in hopes that they'll notice him. We get a peek at Peter's best friend, Ned Leeds and also at the character of Michelle played by Zendaya.

After getting a peek at Peter's life we get an awesome appearance by Tony Stark himself. This is a nice tie in with the rest of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Tony tells Peter to not worry about the bad guys, but all Peter wants to do is save people. He wants to stop the bad things from happening and be a contribution to society like the Avengers were.

We get to see the villain of the film, Vulture, played by the talented Michael Keaton. Fun fact: Michael Keaton isn't new to the superhero genre; he played Bruce Wayne/Batman in Tim Burton's Batman films!

This trailer sets the tone for the film. It's funny, wise-cracking, but also serious because why wouldn't a villain trying to kill and destroy your life not be serious. I waited a really long time for this trailer to drop and not that it finally has I can't wait for July 7 to get here. If I had to rate the trailer I'd give it a 10/10 for setting up and exciting almost anyone that watches it for new Marvel films.

So without further ado, here is the first OFFICIAL trailer for Marvel's upcoming movie, "Spider-Man: Homecoming!"

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?
