At least 83 people were reportedly killed in a recent chemical attack in Syria's Idlib province making it one of the deadliest chemical attacks in years, according to this article by The New York Times. Nearly a third of the casualties medics saw from the chemical attacks in Idlib, Syria were children who arrived at hospitals struggling to breathe or unconscious, according to Save The Children.
