Channel Your Inner Olivia, Ashley I. And Corinne

This might be crazy enough to work.

Channel Your Inner Olivia, Ashley I. And Corinne

Unless you've been living under a rock that shelters you from any thing reality television related, you know who Olivia, Ashley I., and Corinne are.

But, for those of you who don't, here's a quick break down of these three women:

Olivia

A gorgeous, blonde-haired blue-eyed contestant on Ben's season of The Bachelor. She received the First Impression Rose, pissed off every other woman on the show, and made it pretty close to the end. Honestly, Olivia came off a little high-strung, but then again, who wouldn't in that kind of environment? She's still a boss in my book.

Ashley I.

An emotional-yet-lovable woman most recently on the latest season of Bachelor In Paradise who knew what she wanted and went after it, even if she kind of lost in the end. It took some time for me to realize the genius that is Ashley I., but once I did, I realized I need to put some of what I learned from her to good use.

Corinne

Oh, Corinne. She is currently on television as a contestant on Nick's season of The Bachelor. Although we don't know a lot about Corinne quite yet, we know that she is wild, nearly fearless, and not afraid to do what it takes to get what she wants. Sure, her ways are more than a little unorthodox but the girl gets what she wants and looks fierce while doing it.

While these three women are seriously intense, there's something to be admired about them. They each know how to use their strengths (manipulation, doe eyes, and some serious sex appeal) to get virtually whatever they want.

On top of that, they are basically rockstars. They don't take shit from anyone, they are courageous in all of the pursuits, they don't show their weaknesses, and, most importantly, they CONSTANTLY slay.

Now, I'm not saying to go on national television and do everything they have done. I'm not saying become some big sex icon. However, I am saying that we could all learn a thing or sixty from these women.

How amazing would it be to look in the mirror and be 100% comfortable with how you look? To know what you want and not be afraid of going after it? To be unapologetically yourself and not have any regrets?

I don't know about y'all, but I think being that way would be pretty damned incredible.

In a world of impossible social standards and zombie-like clones, be original. Be yourself. There is never, ever going to be another you. No one can be you better than you can.

And yeah, people suck sometimes. You don't go to a florist and pick out the most common flowers. You pick out the rarest and most beautiful. People will do the same to you, if you let them.

So the next time some jerk guy, girl, or anyone, really, gives you any kind of trouble for being who you are, channel your inner Olivia or Ashley or Corinne. Pick the one you identify with the most, own it, and set the whole freakin' world on fire.

It's the most wonderful time of the year! Christmas is one of my personal favorite holidays because of the Christmas traditions my family upholds generation after generation. After talking to a few of my friends at college, I realized that a lot of them don't really have "Christmas traditions" in their family, and I want to help change that. Here's a list of Christmas traditions that my family does, and anyone can incorporate into their family as well!

Surviving them is a must, and the following five phases are a reality for all majors from business to art, nursing to history.
