Change is something that is constant in our life. We ourselves are constantly changing. Imagine yourself a year ago. How much have you changed since then? Personally, I’ve changed a lot in a year. My personal changes have molded me into the person I am today, but I won’t always be this person. Change is something that effects our every day life.
Not only do we mentally change, but we physically change as well. People lose and people gain weight. Some of us, change our hair style or color. Our outfits change as trends change through the seasons. Skin gets darker in the summer, and lighter in the winter months.
Does this mean change is necessarily a good thing? Not all change is positive nor is it negative. Change is just a constant in life and something we have to get used to as young adults. So ask yourself, how have you changed lately? Are you the person you wanna be? If not, what can you do to change yourself into the person you wanna be?
