On October 30^th, 2016 UC Davis was blessed with the presence of an angel:

The one and only, Chance the Rapper.

The concert was everything I could’ve asked for and more.

The show itself followed a storyline that involved singing puppets which I thought was a very creative approach. It was evident that his production had done an incredible job at setting the whole thing up.

During his set, Chance brought me back in time with “Cocoa Butter Kisses”

Took me to church with “Blessings”

Had me jumping on my feet with “No problem”

But most importantly, never failed to keep us engaged in every single song.

I kid you not, not a single person left the venue without a smile on their face. What can I say, his good vibes were infectious.

Thank you UCD for blessing us with such a dope artist AND thank you baby for surprising me with a ticket.
