I have always been the kind of person who never wants to try anything new when it comes to medication, or even food! Change has always been difficult for me. When we go out to dinner, my sister makes fun of the fact that I like to take a tiny lick of whatever is on the fork when she asks me to try a new food, and of course, I barely wind up liking it. I like to stick to my ways, and that is okay!

I suffer from day-to-day anxiety and panic attacks, which is completely common. I know what I have to do to keep my anxiety in check, but it is so sneaky sometimes! A very important person in my life, Austin, told me to try CBD oil, because it is legal, and completely natural. I was extremely hesitant, I did not know whether to trust it.

Austin barely gave me a choice when he brought me to the CBD oil shop and bought me a little bottle of it. The worker at the store claimed that many people with anxiety come in all of the time to get their refills. So, I decided to try it. The results were great! I find that on the days I do not take any CBD, I wind up having a panic attack. Although CBD is not a cure per se, it definitely assists me, and I love the fact that it is all natural.

After doing some research on CBD oil and talking with a few friends, I learned that CBD is actually also used to help people sleep and it also has digestive benefits. I am so content with the fact that I decided to try this, and I highly recommend it to people that think they may enjoy it!

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
