Here in America, we are kind of known as "sugar kings" when it comes to junk food. That's a good/bad thing when you get into context with it. But that's another topic for another day. I am here to talk about the great candy bars that have touched this earth. I am talking about the ones that your mom or dad told about that was really all their childhood. And those little sugar bars of joy are candy bars. Candy bars are my favorite thing other than birthday cake ice cream that reward my hard work of being a college student. Candy bars are everyone's guilty pleasure unless you don't like chocolate. There are really a lot of candy bars that are great but I've narrowed my list down to 4 chocolate bars.

Top 4 Candy Bars in the world:

1. Butterfinger (Saving the best one for last)

Butterfingers are a good candy bar they aren't great like others ,but they still have a good taste with them. Butterfinger is a very popular candy bar in America a lot of people seem to like these. The peanut-butter texture with the chocolate on top makes the candy bar really. Especially the crunch of the chocolate bar. The crunch sound it makes is one of the best when it comes to the best candy bar.

2.Twix

Twix is a very good bar also, but it also excels past butterfinger because it has caramel in it haha. It's a great candy bar and they really do give you what you want in a candy bar. They are a really long bar with caramel and a great crunch just like butterfinger. But honestly are you a left twix fan or a right twix fan??

3. Kit Kat

The kit kat is one of the great candy bars in the world. If you like chocolate especially if there is more than 2 in a pack.I bet you're going to like kit kats. They are a unique kind of candy bar. My mom would tell you this is a great candy bar because these are honestly her favorites. When you break those candy bars apart you really feel like you're in one of their commercials.

4. Snickers (the best for last)

Last but certainly not least, we have the greatest candy bar of all-time really, which are Snickers. Snickers are so good. It literally is dinner in a bar, you don't hunger after you eat it. Snickers have a great combination of everything in their bar such as: Caramel, peanuts, chocolate, and etc. All those things in this special bar make it a heaven on earth kind of feeling. You will literally never get enough of this delicious candy bar.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
