Stress and anxiety are two haunting feelings that students and even some adults have become quite close with over the years. We all know the feeling of cramming for an exam last minute and thinking that this is the end and it can't get any lower than where you are right now. But, that is certainly not true. Of course people will always have it better than you, but everyone has to remember there are people who have it worse than you. We can all always use a little reminder to keep calm and carry on.
