Are you bored right now? I have a solution for you! I don’t know about you, but I have a slight addiction to Buzzfeed quizzes. Whenever I scroll through social media and I see one, I find myself seeing Buzzfeed quizzes for the silliest things, and having to click and take the quiz. So here are Six Buzzfeed quizzes to take right now to curb your bored-ness for a little bit.

1. “Is This A Cookie Or Just The Dirty Ground?

LOL. Seriously who comes up with these? This quiz should be good for about three minutes of your time. I got 6/8. Can you beat me?

2. “What Percentage Piper Chapman Are You?

The new season of Orange is the New Black just came out, so this quiz is perfect for all #OINTB fans. Also, it’ll occupy you for approximately two minutes. I got 75% Piper.

3. “How Well Do You Remember ‘The Amanda Show’ Characters

COURT DISMISSED. BRING IN THE DANCING LOBSTERS. If you don’t understand that reference, I would recommend you not to take this quiz. If you get it, it’s quiz time. This quiz will entertain you for four minutes and also make you feel super nostalgic about pre-meltdown Amanda Bynes. I got 9/10 (ugh, so close).

4. “There’s No Way You’ve Eaten All The Fruit On This Checklist

Okay so this quiz is totally and completely pointless. Unless of course you’re trying to figure out how many different kinds of fruit you’ve eaten. Anyway, depending on how many kinds of fruit you’ve eaten this quiz will take 3-5 minutes of your boredom away. Also, I had never heard of some of these fruits, so yay for learning! I’ve eaten 46 of 75 fruits.

5. “What Percentage Regina George Are You

Mean Girls is probably one of the most iconic movies of the millennial generation, so who doesn’t want to know what percentage Regina George they are? Get in loser, we’re going quizzing, and taking up four minutes of your life. I got 54% Regina.

6. “Which ‘Friends’ Character Are You?”

Friends, in my opinion, is one of the greatest television shows of all time. Plus there are 10 seasons so it makes for an excellent show to binge-watch. But have you ever wondered what character you most relate to? Wonder no more! Take three minutes and quiz your heart out! I’m Rachel, which I’m totally okay with.

Here’s to hoping that I’ve been able to curb your boredom for a few minutes with six Buzzfeed Quizzes! Happy quizzing!

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Blair Waldorf
Stop Hollywood

For those of you who have watched "Gossip Girl" before (and maybe more than just once), you know how important of a character Blair Waldorf is. Without Blair, the show doesn’t have any substance, scheme, or drama. Although the beginning of the show started off with Blair’s best friend Serena returning from boarding school, there just simply is no plot without Blair. With that being said, Blair’s presence in the show in much more complex than that. Her independent and go-getter ways have set an example for "Gossip Girl" fans since the show started and has not ended even years after the show ended. Blair never needed another person to define who she was and she certainly didn’t need a man to do that for her. When she envisioned a goal, she sought after it, and took it. This is why Blair’s demeanor encompasses strong women like her.

singing
Cambio

If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
