People claim the Kardashians and Jenners make money to “do nothing”; their income is solely based on their looks and posts on any social media (but mainly Instagram). The youngest of the Jenners, Kylie Jenner, is probably the most controversial child Kris Jenner, her mother, has raised. Much like her sister, Kim Kardashian, Kylie loves to show off her infamous style, dreamy glam, and envious body. Basically, she’s a spitting image of Kim before her Paris robbery. Everyday the media bombards it’s viewers and subscribers with controversial, headlining stories about Kylie Jenner: who she has been spotted with, her latest outfit and how exposing the top featured in that piece was,and her relationship status. But what does Kylie Jenner really do? How could she possibly afford her own house and cars all on her own?

Her first brand, Kylie Cosmetics, opened during early 2016. With only four “Lip Kits”, Kylie was able to not only sell out her matte liquid lipsticks and lip liners in the matter of minutes more than three times, but she was able to create a respectable brand that changed the publics image of her from “potential porn star” to “makeup enthusiast, beauty insider, trend setter and makeup creator”. Kylie Cosmetics went from selling four lip kits to selling out 20+ lip kits, individual lipsticks and lip liners, eyeshadow kits, and lip glosses. By considering the feedback and requests her customers give her (usually about how to improve her products or what unreleased colors they would love to purchase) or by using special ingredients like real gold or real diamond powder, Kylie makes sure to keep her customers interested, satisfied and good looking. She also advertises her brand on her app, Kylie Jenner Official App for iPhone, her snapchat (kylizzlemynizzl), Twitter (@KylieJenner), Instagram (@KylieJenner) and the Kylie Cosmetics Instagram (@KylieCosmetics).

Although fans have yet to receive too much information on Kylie’s newest project, the entrepreneur begun teasing her Instagram followers one Friday night after not posting one or two, but three sexy lingerie pictures captioned “@thekylieshop”. That Instagram page, which now has over 204K followers, then leads to another page with even more sexy photos but the most interesting part of that page is the bio. In her bio, there is a link attached, KylieJennerShop.com, which holds a countdown (now 17 days). Followers cannot help but think, “could Kylie possibly be in the mist of releasing a clothing line"?

And, of course, with every beauty guru viewers have expect some type of advertising for other brands on what is probably today's largest social media platform. Although it is not seen as much now as it was a few months ago, Kylie flaunts her undeniably amazing looks alongside with a product who’s company will pay her in exchange for her endorsement. The Kardashians are highly known for their marketing skills but Kylie in particular is big on not only endorsing many brands but also using her fame to raise awareness and service people for a good cause. She even took her marketing skills as far as to partner with Smile Train by creating a limited edition Kylie Lip Kit color, Smile, where according to Kylie, “100% of net proceeds” would be donated to charity.

That was not, and definitely will not be, her only collaboration with other marketers though. At first, Kylie's collaboration with PUMA caused a lot of family drama when Kim's husband, Kanye West, felt the youngest of his wife's sisters was "going against the family" by partnering with PUMA rather than Adidas (the sneaker company Kanye partners with). Eight months ago, Kylie announced her collaboration with PUMA Fierce when she posted a picture captioned "Excited to reveal my campaign for the @PUMA Fierce, a lightweight trainer with zero excuses, available starting 4/1 on PUMA.com, PUMA retail stores, and select retailers worldwide. The next level starts here #ForeverFierce #PumaAd".

So is Kylie Jenner all these terrible things the media decides to depict her as? Or is she a hard working business woman? Despite her sleazy posts and controversial relationship, Kylie continues to make her name a brand. By partnering with many companies and creating her own brands, the 19 year old celebrity has been able create a stable income which could support her luxurious lifestyle for many years to come.

College is a crazy, beautiful, amazing whirlwind. It is highly popularized in television and movies, but not necessarily in the most accurate way. Yes, there's frats, dingy dorms, raging house parties—but there's also a lot that people fail to mention.

1. If you thought that you knew how to study, you're wrong.

All of your classes aren't taught every day, so professors aren't on your case constantly about reading and memorizing material. Once you get back that "questionable" first exam grade, you'll kick it into high gear and figure out what works for you

I've been a bleach blonde for over a year now, and let me tell you, it is a lifestyle. More hair appointments, longer showers, and special shampoo. But it is totally worth it!

1. Mentally preparing yourself to convince your hair dresser that white is the way to go.

2. Or the anxiety of what could go wrong by bleaching your hair at home.

3. You could either become a ginger

4. Or a pixie

5. The face you make in the mirror when you take off your towel to unveil the perfect white strands.

6. Taking a million selfies the day you bleached it, because you know your roots will be back in literally 2 days.

7. Having to get bangs or a big chop because your hair is so damaged.

8. Having orange highlights in between touch-ups.

9. Going out for a drink afterwards to debut your updated look.

Despite the struggles, you love your platinum blonde hair! You make sure Instagram knows it, too. You don't need a filter, because the color is flawless by itself!

Finals: just thinking about them gives you anxiety. Only two weeks separate you from summer, but they're the longest of the semester. There's a familiarity to this season, now that you have had so many testing cycles under your belt. But that doesn't quell the ever present stress to pass your finals and your classes. Even better, as a package deal during these wonderful weeks, you get to wake up early to study and you get to take exams that can begin anytime from 7 A.M. to 7 P.M. Now that we have established that this week is not fun, here are some super relatable moments that punctuate finals week.

I've been at this college thing for almost three and a half years, and while I thought that high school was truly the lowest point of my existence, I'm beginning to realize that it was a walk in the park. Like, I miss the days when the biggest white lie I told my parents was my made up excuse about being late for fourth period. These days, the white lies are a tad more complex, and as ashamed as I am to admit it, I've definitely told a few of these.
