I've learned that one of the most rewarding things is keeping a journal, or bucket list and crossing off or even writing down things that make you feel alive. It can be simple or extravagant, but when you create something that is very personal and important to you, you feel inspired. It allows you to communicate better, work out life problems efficiently, and de-stress from your daily life. Setting goals and then crossing them off in a journal gives you strive and something to work toward and wake up for every morning.
