Now that it's October, the leaves are turning just as quickly as our textbook pages as we approach midterms this fall semester. But, I can think of probably one hundred things that make fall festive and fun, so find some time to put your books down and do some (or all) of the things on this little fall bucket list.
1. Watch football.
Obviously. I mean, it's football season! But don't just watch NFL games from the comfort of your couch - go to your school's games! (Hello, Homecoming!)
2. Hike.
Be one with the foliage, and you'll get a little exercise in too.
3. Have a bonfire.
Friends. Flannels. Blankets. Cider. Cocoa. Marshmallows. Fun.
4. Go on a haunted hayride.
It's the dead of night, you hear screams echoing in the distance, and something jumps out at you from behind a tombstone.
5. Go pumpkin picking.
Pumpkins- you can look at them, you can pick them, you can carve them... and you can find almost any food or drink that's pumpkin flavored now. But it's always pumpkins that give you that warm fall feeling.
