We have Pokemon, an NES system, and Crystal Pepsi. We only need a few more things...

As a child of the 1990s, is there a better year to be alive than 2016? After all, it's just like the 90s all over again, except without dial-up and introducing cellphones that fit in your pocket. With the release of Pokemon Go, the NES classic edition, and the return of Crystal Pepsi, 90s kids are reveling in the nostalgia. So what could possibly make 2016 better? Why not bring back everything that made the '90s great to make the rest of 2016 an absolute blast?

1. Wonder Ball

Wonder Balls were pulled off the market because they presented a choking hazard, but they were still one of the greatest snacks from the 90s.

2. Classic Cartoon Network

"Cow and Chicken," the original "Power Puff Girls," "Courage the Cowardly Dog," and even "Dexter's Laboratory."

3. Bill Nye The Science Guy

Science has never been so much fun.

4. Classic Game Boy

To be fair, Nintendo does keep making new Game Boys. But there was something about the classic and the classic games that makes me wish they'd do a remake, similar to the NES.

5. Taco Bell Chihuahua

Because "Live Mas" just isn't cutting it.

6. The "Rachel" Haircut

Jennifer Aniston might have hated the "Rachel" hair cut, but we sure didn't.

7. Blockbuster

Sure, we have Redbox now. But Blockbuster will always have a place in our hearts.

8. Windows Maze Screen Saver

Staring at this screen was one of the best ways to daydream.

9. Fruit Shaped Trix Cereal

Why did they even get rid of these?

10. Oreo O's

The best cereal.

11. Heinz EZ Squirt Ketchup

Who doesn't want purple or green ketchup?

12.Cereal Box Toys

Instead of collecting so many box tops and paying for shipping, cereal boxes used to have actual toys inside. Revolutionary.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!

There is nothing quite like family.

Family is kinda like that one ex that you always find yourself running back to (except without all the regret and the angsty breakup texts that come along with it).

No matter how long your class is, there's always time for the mind to wander. Much like taking a shower or trying to fall asleep, sitting in a classroom can be a time when you get some of your best ideas. But, more than likely, you're probably just trying to mentally cope with listening to a boring lecturer drone on and on. Perhaps some of the following Aristotle-esque thoughts have popped into your head during class.

Adult Swim

Bob's Burgers is arguably one of the best and most well-written shows on tv today. That, and it's just plain hilarious. From Louise's crazy antics to Tina's deadpan self-confidence, whether they are planning ways to take over school or craft better burgers, the Belchers know how to have fun. They may not be anywhere close to organized or put together, but they do offer up some wise words once and awhile.
