The 5 Best Breakfast Spots At Temple

Any student at Temple University can tell you where their favorite place to get breakfast is. There are so many to choose from, but there are a select few that every Temple student knows and loves. Here are some of the hottest spots at Temple to start off your day right.

1. The Bagel Hut

"Large coffee and and everything, toasted with cream cheese, please!" The Bagel Hut is iconic on Temple's campus. From the early morning until 2pm the line is always long because Temple students just can't get enough!

2. Richie's

Our favorite guy! Get your breakfast, lunch, and dinner here. Some of my favorites are the sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel or the chicken finger wrap!

3. Saxby's

You can always find students studying or chatting while drinking a delicious cup of Saxby's coffee. Also check out their little treats and desserts!

4. Champ's Diner

This is definitely a little hidden gem at Temple. Located on Cecil B. Moore, Champ's has become a huge hot spot for Temple students!

5. Owl Breakfast

Super close to campus, this place is great for your Saturday and Sunday brunch!

There are plenty of other delicious food trucks to grab a bite to eat as you start off your day right! Temple is a great place for the most important meal of the day.

Bob's Burgers
Adult Swim

Bob's Burgers is arguably one of the best and most well-written shows on tv today. That, and it's just plain hilarious. From Louise's crazy antics to Tina's deadpan self-confidence, whether they are planning ways to take over school or craft better burgers, the Belchers know how to have fun. They may not be anywhere close to organized or put together, but they do offer up some wise words once and awhile.

We're in college, none of us actually have anything together. In fact, not having anything together is one of our biggest stressors. However, there's a few little things that we do ever so often that actually make us feel like we have our lives together.

1. Making yourself dinner

And no this does not include ramen or Annie's Mac & Cheese. Making a decent meal for yourself is one of the most adult things you can do living on campus. And the food is much better than it would be at the dining hall.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

school

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.
