I loved Bratz dolls when I was younger. Each doll had a distinct personality and sense of style. Even though I grew out of Bratz, they deserve to grow up with us. Thank you, mom, for letting me have these sassy dolls so that I could write an article on who they would be as 2017 millennials.
Cloe
Cloe has always loved photography and art. She went off to New York after high school and is currently attending a great art school. She enjoys photographing models and sports players in the concrete jungle. She plans to stay in New York after college, as she just loves everything about the city.
Jade
Jade has her own makeup channel on YouTube and spends way too much money at Sephora. She is super into fashion, and you can always find her shopping at boutiques.
Sasha
Sasha enjoys mixing her own hip hop and R&B beats and works as an intern at a record producing agency. She wants to eventually produce new albums for artists like Kanye, Kendrick Lamar, and Jay-Z.
Yasmin
Yasmin has always loved vintage fashion, and she considers herself to be super hip. You can find her slaying the fashion game at Coachella, and traveling in her VW van to just about anywhere.
Meygan
Meygan turned into that girl nobody likes, as she's a complete bitch to everyone. She is a spoiled brat who has her own little house next to her parents larger ranch house. Her parents own like 10 horses, and you can find her competing in horse races, and getting mad when she doesn't win.
Dana
Dana is one smart cookie. She is majoring in Computer Science and plans to create a new program and win an award later in life. Dana also loves shoes and has a shoe closet everyone is jealous of. Her boyfriend is super supportive of her career choice, and occasionally buys her new pairs of shoes to add to her collection.
Nevra
You can catch Nevra getting up at 6 am every morning to hit the gym. She always posts on Snapchat when she's at the gym and doesn't forget to let everyone on Instagram know what healthy foods she's eating. She is super fashionable, even at the gym, and travels just about everywhere to learn new things and experience what's out there.
Fianna
Fianna is super down to earth and everyone loves her (not just because she's beautiful, but because she's so nice). Fianna enjoys ballet and has been featured on So You Think You Can Dance, where she did a duo with a guy who is now her boyfriend.
Phoebe & Roxxi
These twins are still slaying the game. Phoebe started her own girly boutique which is doing very well. Roxxi, on the other hand, joined a punk rock band and is the lead guitar player.
Oriana, Valentin & Siernna
Oriana is an avid concert goer. EDM festivals are Oriana's favorite concerts to attend. Valentina is a model who shoots with local photographers in whatever state she is currently in. Valentina plans on going big one day. Siernna is super sporty and is on the basketball team at her college. Siernna plans to be a professional basketball player.
Nona & Tess
Nona loves singing and posts her covers on YouTube. She is hoping a producer notices her and that she can start making albums and going on tour. Tess loves Rock and Roll, and you can catch here listening to all the goodies while she does her homework. She is majoring in music and plans on helping her sister's career.
Kiana & Lilani
Lilani used her long legs to get her far in the modeling and fashion industry. She has walked several runways. Kiani is a fashionista and doesn't know what she's doing with her life yet. However, that's okay... because she still looks great while doing it.
Charli
Charli works at a local dog shelter and has a pet of her own. She loves animals and wants to continue working with them.
Trinity
Trinity has the longest hair ever, and would always practice styles on herself. She is now attending hair school and working at a hair salon.
(FYI: I figured I stopped playing with Bratz dolls when I was about 10 years old, which would have been around 2006. I know Bratz continued to make dolls for many more years and honestly, they might still be in the toy industry... anyways this explains why I chose to pick the dolls I did.)
And one more thing... I have no idea who you are, Sara Petty, but thank you for writing What Your American Girl Doll Would Be Like As A 2017 Millennial as that is one of my favorite articles ever and also where my inspiration for this article came from.
