To The Boys Who Blocked Me, Sorry, But I Have Morals

Texting "You up?" at 3 a.m. will not make me be attracted to you.

To The Boys Who Blocked Me, Sorry, But I Have Morals

Is this what we do now, boys? Do we call girls names and block them on social media when they aren't interested in you?

I'm writing this five minutes after picking up my phone to see that I have been blocked, yet again, by a person who tried to flirt, to which I responded that I was taken, and then he called me a name and moved on. But not before pushing that block button first.

Let's not forget the guys that want a casual hook up, and then block you when you refuse to send photos and indulge him. They deserve to be recognized. Is this the attention you wanted?

Well, here it is.

Take it or leave it.

Where do I begin?

First of all, I refuse to apologize for not being that kind of girl. You know exactly what kind of girl I'm talking about, don't you?

It's almost comical that you thought I was that kind of girl, or even worse, that you thought you could turn me into one. No one is special enough to change me in that way, especially not you.

You don't need me to tell you that though, do you? You know how much of a scumbag you are, hence why you called me a name and blocked me because I denied your advances. I'm not going to apologize to you for having morals, for valuing my relationship more than I value the attention of some random dude, and for valuing myself more than to have a fling with you just because you thought you were "smooth" and then threw a bitch fit when things didn't go your way.

I hope this article gave you the attention you so badly craved. I'll show this to you, eventually.

Just don't call me a b*tch when you don't like what I have to say about you, and every other guy like you:

You're a piece of shit.

Women are not objects for you to play with.

Learn some respect.

It is that time of year again. Christmastime. It is one of my favorite seasons for a myriad of reasons. Here are just a few reasons why I love Christmas. This list is in no order of importance.

1. The Christmas decorations

I am that person who will decorate directly after Thanksgiving is over. This year, my roommates and I put the tree up in our apartment before we even left for Thanksgiving break. It is a great stress reliever for me to just sit in my living room and work on the huge amount of work I have before the semester is over.

Mistakes are something we all make, no matter how old we get. Most of the time, the mistakes we made are little and sometimes due to something out of our control. Yet, there are mistakes that are bigger than others. Personally, I have mistakes that I wish I could go back and undo. Here they are:

5 Things To Do That Are Better Than Writing A Paper

Don't waste your time trying to write that paper when there are so many more interesting things you could be doing.

Writing a paper is never fun and is rarely rewarding. The writer's block, the page requirement, be specific, but don’t summarize, make sure you fixed any grammatical errors, did you even use spellcheck? and analyze, analyze, analyze.

Papers can be a major pain. They take up so much time and effort that by the end of the process you hate yourself and you hate the professor for making life so difficult. Questions of your existence start roaming in your mind. Am I even cut out for college if I can’t write a single paper? Am I even capable of taking care of myself if I lack the energy to open my laptop and start typing?
