Why Do Boys Go 'Ghost'

Why is it that when boys are done with you they never give you an explanation?

Why Do Boys Go 'Ghost'

Listen up, I could probably write you a novel on stupid stuff boys do to girls. Let me rephrase this, stupid stuff they do that is completely avoidable. I am not talking about when they don't text you back or accidentally say something stupid, which--let's be honest--they tend to put their foots in their mouth a lot. I have noticed a pattern in men though, something that happens so often and to just about every girl I have met. Why do boys go ghost on you?

Lets break it down and establish what going "ghost" on a girl is. Well, my friend, it is when a boy says a bunch of cute stuff to you that he does not completely mean in order to get into your pants and then disappears after he gets you into bed. Better yet it is when a guy leads you on and does not make you aware he is afraid of commitment, so instead of being a man and talking to you about his feelings he just runs away.

Can we just take a moment to realize how absolutely stupid that is? You can't communicate your feelings properly so you just run away? Hey bud, that is not how relationships work, I know it's shocking news. Men will one day just stop texting you and won't give you an explanation and best yet, when you like a rational person text them asking what happened, they don't say anything. Oh, but you know his phone didn't magically break, because, hey look! The jerk is still posting snap chat stories.

My personal favorite is when they go ghost on you, but then months later will like your picture on Instagram. Actually reader, I lied my favorite is when you post a picture on Instagram and I am not talking an average picture, like you just uploaded the selfie of the year and then your phone goes off.Guess who it is? Who would of guessed it is the guy who ghosted you wanting to talk again, because you're just "so beautiful" and they "miss you."

I hate boys, oh my gosh, I think it is almost funny that they think we are that stupid, you don't miss me I just happen to look hot again in your eyes. Which is so stupid, because girlfriend we both know I have always been hot it didn't just go away over night. I would like to know where boys get their egos, because come on this is so stupid and so common! Boys need to grow up if you don't like a girl, don't get involved and if you aren't feeling a girl anymore be honest with them! It really isn't a hard concept, I don't know what to tell you, get over yourself

Honestly good lipstick is now twenty five dollars, I really don't have time to kiss boys who don't care about me. Could you all just do us a huge favor and, you know, cut it out? I know I am really asking a lot of you, not screwing with girls is very hard, especially since we all know you have been doing it since out the womb. I know your mama dang well did not teach you to hurt girls feelings and honestly next boy who does this to me I am contacting your mama. That's excessive, but if you're going to be playing these games, I am gonna play too. I guess what I am trying to say is grow up or I am tattling on you to your mom.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
