Finals Week As Told by Boy Meets World
Hypable

Finals week is coming up, which means just about everyone on campus is seconds away from a nuclear sized mental or emotional breakdown and the built up stress has created tension so thick you could cut it with a knife. As stressed out as we are, there are a few things in this world that can bring us some sanity, Boy Meets Worldbeing one of them. Whenever I'm feeling the anxiety hit, I pull up YouTube and watch one of my favorite episodes (yes, they're all on there). Never fear, the original squad is here to keep you sane during one of the roughest weeks of the semester.

It finally hits you that next week is finals week and you haven't started studying. Your heart drops; the feeling of panic has officially set in.

You hit the library with all your books and every intention of studying. However, people feel the need to whisper (you're in the quiet section, honestly, please stop) or walk by every two seconds and you keep getting distracted. You try to focus on your textbooks but most of the time you end up sitting there like this:

You go to the math review session but still feel completely lost. Since you're too embarrassed to admit that you've had no idea what's been going on all semester, you just sit in silence and nod your head.

Everyone is living in sweatpants at this point. The second you put on a pair of jeans, someone asks you who you're trying to impress.

All of your friends are in the library or their professors' office hours 24/7. There's no one in your residence hall and the cafeteria is almost empty. Walking around your ghost town of a campus is like:

After a long weekend of studying, it's officially time for your first exam. You're feeling calm and mostly collected until the professor walks in with a stack of blue books. Suddenly, you feel the urge to run out of the room like this:

Like Shawn, you plot your escape multiple times during the test. If I start crying, do I automatically get an A?

You flip through the pages to find out there are over 100 multiple choice questions. What kind of terrible human could do this to you?

There are some questions that you swear you never discussed in class. Were you absent that day? Is the professor just evil? Why doesn't any of this make sense?

You've finally made it to the essay portion and you're pretty much home free. However, you're nearly brain dead and ready to be done. You think you've hit your breaking point, but somehow you still manage to come up with a few good ideas.

The test is finally over and a feeling of relief washes over you. You're feeling pretty confident until you start talking to your classmates and realize you all put down different answers.

After weeks of studying and preparing (more like lots of late night hours of cramming), you make it to your last exam of the semester. You weren't sure that you'd actually survive, but summer is within reach.

You turn in the blue book and run out of the classroom. You've officially made it and now you're feeling like this:

Or this:

And definitely like this:

That is, until they mail your grades home.

Good luck on finals, everyone! Remain calm and try to keep your stress to a minimum. Remember that summer is so close, you can do this! And, when you need a study break, remember that the Boy Meets World gang is hanging out on YouTube for you to enjoy.

I've been at this college thing for almost three and a half years, and while I thought that high school was truly the lowest point of my existence, I'm beginning to realize that it was a walk in the park. Like, I miss the days when the biggest white lie I told my parents was my made up excuse about being late for fourth period. These days, the white lies are a tad more complex, and as ashamed as I am to admit it, I've definitely told a few of these.

NBC Universal

As most of us already know, Friends is one of the greatest television series ever produced. The cast is genius. The humor never gets old. The episodes are relatable and timeless.

I can easily say that I have watched each season at least three times and I belly laugh harder every time. All Friends fans can agree that there are certain lines that form a bond between us and when heard one cannot help but laugh.

The infamous RBF is something I have and am known for. It’s kind of exhausting to be asked if you're okay all the time or being told to smile more. Girls with RBF get judged to be mean and rude much quicker than the girl who is always smiling. It’s true and just plain natural for someone who is generally smiling all the time to come off as more trustworthy and I've gotten used to it. I used to think that having a Resting Bitch Face was only a bad thing until I realized that just like anything else, it also has its perks. Having a permafrown with a piercing look comes with great power.

Parks and Rec

We all know that Parks and Recreation is one of the greatest shows ever to air on TV. As we watched every episode, we all found a piece of us in each character (even Jerry). From the moment we met the pit, to the time we saw it flourish into a beautiful park, we all had developed a little bit of Pawnee, Indiana in our hearts.
