When temperatures start dropping and leaves start falling, I find myself wanting to read spooky and deep books. I've created a list of my suggestions here for you!

1. "In a Dark, Dark Wood" by Ruth Ware.

This book is spooky, with a setting in the forest, and a murderer on the loose.

2. "You" by Caroline Kepnes.

This book will just plain mess with your head. It's about a stalker, and you need to read it.

3. "The Girl on The Train" by Paula Hawkins.

You have to read this book before you see the movie!

4. "Gone Girl" by Gillian Flynn.

Thrillers are always good for this time of year, and boy does this one do the trick.

5. "Hush, Hush" series by Becca Fitzpatrick.

This is an addicting series about a fallen angel named Patch. So good!

6. "The Mortal Instruments" series by Cassandra Clare.

This is the book series that the show "Shadowhunters" is based on. Very spooky and suspenseful.

7. "The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer" series by Michelle Hodkin.

I have yet to read this one, but I have heard it is creepy, and will mess with your head!

8. "Never Never" series by Tarryn Fisher and Colleen Hoover.

These books are very mysterious and suspenseful. Perfect for a nice fall evening.

So, in between all the haunted houses and trick or treaters, take a few hours to cuddle up with a good book!

What is "talking?" How does one "talk?"

Now that it seems “talking” is the new way to date, and will stay that way until another idiotic term is used to describe the people who can’t settle down and just date someone, I feel as if it’s time to go over the unwritten rules of “talking.”

Rule 1. Having feeling without feeling.

What's up Asshat,

I've composed a list of things that I wish upon you, and they're harsh and cruel. These things are things that I wouldn't wish upon my worst of enemies, not even that Starbuck's barista who always screws up my order, not even him. You fall into a whole other category of hate. You surpass Starbucks barista. Congratulations, I'm actually a pretty nice person, making you worthy of every single bit of torture I wish upon you. What are these things I wish upon you you might ask?
