Recently the book "Reasons to Vote for Democrats: A Comprehensive Guide" by Michael Knowles came out and quickly soared to number one on Amazon. A little about the author, Michael Knowles received a B.A. in History from Yale University and has extensive research within the history of politics. His research focuses on electoral politics, contemporary American culture, and the history of political parties in the United States.
Michael Knowles' book has been described as one of the most researched and argued Democrat Party apologia. The book goes over central main themes such as economics, foreign policy, crime, civil rights, etc. Each chapter is explained in detail and can have an influence on anyone's mind regardless of party affiliation.
I am not much of a reader, so for me to be able to sit down and read a book from cover to cover in one sitting is rather remarkable. The arguments made are extremely convincing and for being a constitutional conservative that is hard for me to say. I actually enjoyed much of what I read and it made me question the reasons why I believe what I believe. My favorite chapter in the book is the one titled "Values and Principles". This chapter goes away from the political and more towards the philosophical. This book is a fantastic read and has received much praise.
I highly recommend everyone to buy this book and give it a read, you will not want to put it down. The book is thorough and does not stray from the truth. There is a bibliography at the end to show the sources the author used.
The case for voting Democrat has never been explained as clearly or in depth as this book. This piece of informative literature stands on its own and should be a must read for any potential voter.
Oh yeah I forgot to mention that all the pages are blank.
There is just not an adequate reason to vote for a democrat. Well done Michael Knowles, well done.
