I hate a lot about myself and I have dealt with years of self-hatred and loathing. I had no idea what to do other than hate myself. I made no progress all those years until I finally realized that I need to just hate myself my body and that everyone else should also hate these things about me. These are things that everyone should honestly hate about themselves too, none of these things create happiness for myself or others. Self-hatred is human and natural and everyone should hate these things about themselves.

1. My Body...

`

is a temple and should be worshiped by both me and anyone who meets me. My imperfections are what make me beautiful, not other's opinions.

2. My Eyes...

hold the future and resilience for what that future holds. Tears come and go but determination and hope are what you see when you look into them.

3. My Wrinkles...

show how hard I laugh and how many times I look up in wonder and everything around me. It shows that I do not worry about trying to stay perfect. It shows that I've lived.

4. My Smile...

may not be the prettiest or the most brilliant but it shows my happiness.

5. My Stomach...

might never have a six pack but it supports me and anything I do. I value my curves and everything they contain.

6. My Thighs...

are thick and can hold many dogs, plus they can support any of my friends who wish to take a nap. They have become the most powerful thing on my body and I am passionate about all the time and effort I put into making them so powerful.

7. My Personality...

varies from person to person and you many not like it. Sucks. I am who I am.

Do not hate yourself or any of these things. You are amazing and beautiful. Remember that.

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing!
