The Bob's Burgers Of Your Friend Group

Which Belcher are you?

Bob's Burgers is a show that is so incredibly awkward it is completely relatable. This show details the really weird experiences the Belcher family (trust me, their last name suits them perfectly) has whether they are in their restaurant, the kids are at school, or anywhere where they could possibly get into the most ridiculous situations you could imagine. After watching a few episodes of this show, or even every season, you get to the point where you can nail down who's who in your friend group, when comparing them to the Belchers.

1. Bob Belcher

You are the ringleader, or you're supposed to be. In theory, you're in charge of your group of friends, but most times, they're in all different directions so you like to sit back and watch the chaos. You take pride in what you do, even if it's a bit different than what your parents expected, standard-wise. You tend to be the most logical of the group, because you like to take a step back and think before you act. When you are impulsive, however, it's because you're acting on "the principle of the matter".

2. Linda Belcher

You are the organizer of your group, you like to make elaborate plans and you go big. 'Go hard or go home' is your motto. In your opinion, wine makes everything better, and you think life should have plenty of musical numbers and dancing. You like to come up with creative ideas for how to spend your time, and you like to make light out of every situation life throws at you. Sometimes you jump the gun, you get caught up in the moment because you're super impulsive but hey, why spend too much time thinking about everything in life when you could spend time having fun?

3. Tina Belcher

Boys, horses, and sass, what more could a person need? Maybe butts, cause if you're a Tina, boy's butts are your priority. You crush hard on people but don't necessarily know how to get their attention in just the right way. You always know how to sass back when you need to, unless you get overwhelmed, which face it, can happen pretty easily. When you get overwhelmed your mind goes blank and all you can really say is "Uhhhhhh...." Otherwise, you totally know how to work what you got, and write some mean fanfic. All you want in life is to meet a hot guy (or girl for that matter) with a nice butt and ride off into the sunset on a pretty sweet looking horse.

4. Gene Belcher

You are the music master of your group. Like Linda, you think everything is better with a beat, even if you're the only one who likes it. You always have tunes on hand, and can't wait to show everyone your new mix. You may lack a bit in the hygiene department sometimes, but don't we all? You're definitely one of the friendliest and most creative people out there and you aren't afraid to speak your mind. You're a lot more complex than you seem, because you tend to have numerous interests that people didn't know you were involved in, and that's part of your charm. You have a genuine appreciation for the human body and all of the sounds you can make with it.

5. Louise Belcher

You're the evil mastermind of the group, you can be extremely manipulative especially to get what you want. Whether you'd like to admit it or not, you have a soft spot for the people you care about, and you really put them first when it counts. You love the people you're close to but hate openly expressing it. You aren't a fan of change, and you never really see the point of fully growing up. Your favorite thing to do is make money, even if you really aren't supposed to. You are extremely devious, and can be very condescending, and sometimes people forget that you're younger than you seem, and you pride yourself on being able to live in the 'big kid world' better than some of the big kids themselves.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
