At-home workout videos on YouTube make working out at home more convenient. They can range from Zumba to Pilates with huge selections and plenty of ways to get a workout right in the comfort of your own home.

However, if you are in college living in an apartment, house or in the dorms, getting your workouts in can be difficult if you don't have a gym membership.

Blogilates, an online workout platform on YouTube, gives Pilates a new spin for people that love working out at home or can't afford a traditional Pilates studio membership.

Blogilates emails its users a monthly workout calendar through its e-newsletter where people can subscribe and keep up-to-date with new workout videos. There are also fitness 30-day challenges on the website and customizable meal plans for users to apply to their health and fitness lifestyles.

Blogilates founder and the designer of oGorgeous Bags, Cassey Ho, is a certified fitness instructor and creator of POP Pilates, which has garnered a following throughout the U.S. Now her POP Pilates training is part of 24-Hour Fitness gyms across the country.

This entrepreneur also promotes clean eating and incorporates it within her fitness regiment. She does this through her Cheap Clean Eats food YouTube channel where she creates recipes that are usually under $10. It is economical and allows people to be active in the food process to be conscious of what they put in their body.

Another great feature that comes with this brand is that Blogilates takes the hassle out of figuring out what workouts to do or what muscles to target for the day. The customizable workout plan is colorful and vibrant with day-by-day instructions that allow people to check off the workouts they have finished. Check out this months workout calendar:

By now, everyone has heard abs are made in the kitchen. As much as we want to believe we can work out all the fat off our bodies, nutrition is an essential part of the health process. You can access one of the many Blogilates meal plans here.

The workouts are convenient if you are on the go and can only squeeze in 10 minutes for a workout. However, you will definitely see results if you keep at it and follow the calendar. There is always time to workout and it can be fun and accessible.

Follow Blogilates on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to keep up with cheap clean eat recipes, workouts, and inspiring quotes.

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.

For a moment your world is spinning. The phone alarm has just scared you awake and you’re flooded by daunting thoughts of the day ahead. You have three assignments due and little time to work on them because of your job. You’re running late because you’ve hit snooze one to many times after yesterday’s long hours. You dizzily reach for a hoodie, craving its comfort, and rush for a speedy exit, praying you will have time to pick up coffee. Does this sound familiar?

Finals week is upon us. It is a magical time of year during which college students everywhere flock to the library in attempt to learn a semester's worth of knowledge in only a week. For some students, it's their first time in the library all semester, maybe ever. Others have slaved away many nights under the fluorescent lights, and are slightly annoyed to find their study space being invaded by amateurs.
