Bless This Mess

We could talk about the beauty and happiness of life , but today we are gonna talk about this messy process we call living. Now don't get me wrong life is an amazing gift given to us by God, and is a beautiful journey. However, sometimes life is busy and it gets messy.

Between school, work, church, family, friends, and don't forget sleep when do we have time for ourselves? The answer is we don't! Breathe easy though because you're not the only one with a to do list a mile long. Everyone's life comes with a different mess, and a different to do list. You may think there is no way to survive your week without a miracle from God, but here are a few tips to limit stress in your life!

1.If you like to break a sweat while your body hurts spend some time at the gym! Working out is a proven way to reduce some stress. However, for some this may just add a little more.

2.Light some candles! A relaxing scent filling your home as you get your work done will surely calm you down.

3.Watch a funny movie! Sit down fold some clothes and enjoy a good laugh or 70.

4.Take a warm bath! This may limit your time to get the rest of your list done, but after a relaxing dip in the tub you won't care.

5.Eat something sweet! Who wouldn't feel great after a slice of cake or a brownie with ice cream?

Don't let the stress and mess ruin your life! Most of these can be done as you're completing your daily to do list. Everything will get done the more you worry the less time you have to take care of your duties! Just say a prayer every morning, and one when the messy fairy shows up. God is always listening, and He's a great helping hand for any task! Now, it has been a messy day I'm going to take a bath while eating a HUGE brownie!
