A Bite-Sized Take On A Thanksgiving Classic!

It's easier than a normal casserole and will definitely take less time.

A Bite-Sized Take On A Thanksgiving Classic!
Basil and Bubbly

Ingredients:

4 peeled sweet potatoes
3 tablespoons of melted butter
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
½ teaspoons of salt
½ teaspoons of black pepper
12 marshmallows

Directions:

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1/4 inch rings and put in a bowl.

2. Add butter, syrup, salt, and pepper to the bowl of rings.

3. Spray a cupcake tray with nonstick cooking spray and place sweet potato rings inside, stacking them up until level with the rest of the tray, then cover with aluminium foil.

4. Bake the sweet potato stacks at 350ËšF/180ËšC for around 15 minutes. Then, remove foil, and bake the potatoes uncovered for around 5 minutes.

5. Once the potatoes finish cooking, remove the tray from the oven and quickly add marshmallows, placing 1 marshmallow on top of each stack of potatoes. Turn the oven to the broiler setting and put the marshmallow topped stacks under the heat for 1 minute.

6. Use a fork and move the stacks to a plate so they can cool.
